Development advisory is the critical thinking which steers a project from conception through development to opening. It is the cornerstone of our practice and includes a comprehensive suite of services including pre-development, building exceptional teams, and the long-term anchoring of projects with strategic leasing programs. WSQ customizes our consultancy to a client’s needs with the option to hire us for large-scale developments or individual buildings.

A key component in this process is guiding clients to help them secure discretionary governmental approvals for their projects and creating the materials required to work constructively with agencies including the Department of City Planning, the New York Economic Development Corporation, the New York City Housing Preservation and Development Corporation, the New York City Landmarks Preservation Commission, and the New York City Board of Standards and Appeals.
