Retail

Arch starts our retail projects by consulting with each client to understand its culture, expansion needs, and long-term goals. We then develop target consumer profiles and ideal markets for the business.  To build on these findings, our in-house research department utilizes up-to-the-minute demographic and financial research.  The results of our analysis combined with our real estate market experience inform the next steps in pinpointing opportunities for our clients.  Critical components at this stage include advising on financial modeling and sales forecasts.

Market Research & Data Development

Arch’s expertise in geo-tracking, which started when the service came to market, continues to develop with technological advances.  This capacity gives the firm a competitive edge in marketing its clients’ properties including conducting data analysis to achieve an optimum mix of tenants and keeping our centers fully leased.

Commercial

To ensure the highest selling price of a property, Arch relies on sophisticated and aggressive marketing programs, and extensive knowledge of building operations, relevant comparable sales, assessments, and submarkets. Arch principals remain current on the fast-moving New York markets to assess where they will be in the coming years and advise clients accordingly.

Lease Extensions & Terminations

With continuous changes in the financial and technology industries affecting office space usage, Arch has stayed on top of the trends and worked with clients to secure new spaces, which suit their evolving needs.
