Washington Square Partners (WSQ) was founded in 1994 by a group of real estate professionals who identified a critical gap between consultants offering analytic research and reports and developers building projects. Since then, WSQ has become a trailblazer in complex real estate projects and transformative developments with expertise in navigating complicated government approval processes. Many of our notable projects have made a lasting impact on New York City and led to the revitalization of neighborhoods. Select highlights include collaborating with Empire State Development Corporation on the redevelopment of the US Post Office into Moynihan Station, developing City Point in Downtown Brooklyn, (the borough’s largest mixed-use development), securing approval for the expansion of New York-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital in the Park Slope, and constructing The Shops at Marble Hill, the first shopping center to open in the Bronx for several decades.

Arch Brokerage Ltd.

A full-service real estate brokerage firm, Arch Brokerage specializes in assisting retail, hospitality, and office tenants in locating and evaluating commercial and industrial spaces.  Taking on a limited number of select clients annually, Arch delivers personalized attention, strategic long-term planning, and stellar results.  Principal Laurence Roberts oversees each project, advising clients on sales, lease acquisitions, terminations, recaptures, subleases, buy-outs, and renewals.  Through its affiliation with WSQ, Arch offers comprehensive financial and market analysis to service our client’s needs.

Kingsbridge Associates

An affiliate of WSQ, Kingsbridge Associates operates and manages commercial properties, most notably The Shops at Marble Hill in the Bronx, which has 20 tenants including Foot Locker, Target, Marshalls, Chick-fil-A, and the corporate offices of Riverspring Health.  WSQ oversees operations, advertising, marketing, and leasing for the thriving development, broadening its expertise, network, and scope of services.
