Tina Huang

Tina Huang joined WSQ in 2022 as a Project Manager with over eight years of experience in real estate asset management, acquisitions, and development.  She has been instrumental in analyzing financials, preparing proforma models, and conducting due diligence. Ms. Huang came to WSQ from AmTrust Realty where she analyzed acquisition opportunities across the U.S., reviewed valuations, and built proformas for redevelopment opportunities.  Prior to New York, Ms. Huang worked at Adgar Canada in Toronto managing quarterly valuations and financings of a $1B office portfolio, and leading due diligence efforts of acquisitions, underwriting, and redevelopment opportunities.  She started her real estate career at TD Bank in 2015, managing real estate financing for two years.  Ms. Huang completed her Master’s in Real Estate Development at Columbia University in 2022.
